From Dallas to Los Angeles, Nikki Stringfield came with a dream and came to Rock. While quickly gaining notoriety with the world's leading All-Female IRON MAIDEN tribute, THE IRON MAIDENS, life had some twists and turns that led to her desire to release her own material. Upon the eve of her solo debut titled Apocrypha as well as the eve of her album release party in Hermosa Beach (CA) on September 28th, I had a chance to chat with my friend from the scene in Los Angeles.

Along with her furry friends, we got to talk about the writing process for the album, working with Husband and HEAVEN BELOW bandmate, Patrick Kennison (Lita Ford), her advice to aspiring female musicians, the new single and video for "Where The Demons Lie" (out now on KNAC.COM HERE) - and so much more.
