Log and usage data is service-related, diagnostic, usage, and performance information our servers automatically collect when you access or use our Services and which we record in log files. Depending on how you interact with us, this log data may include your IP address, device information, browser type, and settings and information about your activity in the Services (such as the date/time stamps associated with your usage, pages and files viewed, searches, and other actions you take such as which features you use), device event information (such as system activity, error reports (sometimes called "crash dumps"), and hardware settings).

The odds of winning depend on how many people enter. For example, if 1,000 people enter and one prize is awarded, the odds of winning are 1 in 1,000. Winners will be announced on-air. KNAC's decision with respect to the awarding of all prizes is final. KNAC will maintain a list of all winners, a copy of which is available on written request.
If by reason of a printing or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in the official rules, all persons making purportedly valid claims will be included in a random drawing to award the advertised number of prizes available in the prize category in question. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded.
KNAC in its sole discretion reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the website or who is otherwise in violation of the rules. It further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify any contest or sweepstakes not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.
KNAC shall not be liable for taxes, licensing or other fees on prizes; for lost or stolen entries; or for prize merchandise that is furnished by an independent supplier.
Winners will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and compliance with these rules. That affidavit also will set forth a release of liability, together with an authorization for KNAC to use the winner's name, image and likeness for marketing and promotional purposes.
All contests and sweepstakes are void where prohibited.
