Supergroup DEATH DEALER has followed the amazing Conquered Lands album with their new EP, Fuel Injected Suicide Machine, destined to please fans of their brand of speed and power metal. In case you haven’t kept up with the band, the members are: Sean Peck (THREE TREMORS)- vocals, Stu Marshall (ARKENSTONE)- guitar, Ross The Boss (Ex-MANOWAR)- guitar, Mike LePond (SYMPHONY X)- bass, and Steve Bolognese (ROSS THE BOSS)- drums.

There is a cool intro that starts the EP off, taking the listener to the scorched highways of post-apocalyptic Australia, similar to Mad Max. There, a motorist is warned that “the dead never listen”. Real fun to be sure! This segues into the first song, the title track, “Fuel Injected Suicide Machine”. (Video on KNAC.COM HERE). This balls to the wall speed metal masterpiece definitely won me over right out of the gate. Possibly the band’s heaviest track ever!

“Freedom Is Not A Crime” is the defiant anthem on this EP, and it’s the best song here in my opinion. Simply classic heavy metal. “Blood For Gasoline” returns to the Mad Max wasteland where factions battle for the last drop of fuel. This is another killer speed metal track. The final track is an ode to the great Mongolian warlord Genghis Khan called “Invasion”. This epic closes the EP in style and features mid-tempo parts as well as speedier sections. The overall production of the EP is fantastic and every song sounds amazing. The riffs from Stu and Ross will shred your eardrums, while the rhythm section of Mike and Steve are truly the best of the best. Sean Peck’s vocals and lyrics are among the strongest in metal as usual.

Fuel Injected Suicide Machine features perfect cover art from legendary artist Marc Sasso, and the inside of the EP is killer as well. The EP also comes with a bonus CD that features tracks from THREE TREMORS, HELLSCREAM, MONARCH, and SNOWY SHAW (as well as many more).
