Oct 3rd, Nashville, TN: The Nashville pouring rain had concert-goers fearing a soaking wet show. But just in time, the skies cleared and made for an amazingly cool night with lighting in the background far enough in the distance to allow the show to continue.

ACE FREHLEY’s solo act opened the show and warmed up the crowd. Nashville locals were thrilled to see members of hometown band THE TALISMAN sharing the stage with Ace (Ryan Cook, Jeremy Asbock, Philip Shouse, and Matt Starr). Together they played KISS hits like "Strutter" and "Detroit Rock City" and also showed a different side with a few covers including LED ZEPPELIN’s "Good Times Bad Times". The band traded off on vocals and set the tone for the high-energy stage for the evening.

When Alice Cooper and his all-star band (Chuck Garric-Bass, Ryan Roxie-Guitar, Nita Strauss-Guitar, Tommy Henrickson-Guitar, and Glen Sobel-Drums) took the stage, the lightning in the sky seemed to transfer their way as they put on an electrifying performance. Opening with "Feed My Frankenstein", (which is still playing in my head days later) and following up with hits like “I’m Eighteen”, “Billion Dollar Babies” and ending the night with “School’s Out”. Alice did not disappoint as he also delivered the dramatic stage show full of blood, gore, and oversized creature costumes that he knows his fans love and have come to expect.

Alice and Ace, two legendary rock stars proving that when the music plays, 70 is the new 18…but they KNOW what they want.
