FIREBALL MINISTRY Remember The Story By Ruben Mosqueda, We Go To 11 Thursday, August 31, 2017 @ 8:33 AM
FIREBALL MINISTRY launched Remember The Story with the track “Back On Earth” which is just what you’d expect; doomy, melodic, groovy rock ‘n’ roll. The theme continues throughout Remember Their Story. James A. Rota II while not an outstanding singer, it fit this style of rock music his guitar play compliments guitarist Emily Burton’s brilliantly and showcase growth as a guitar tandem. Remember The Story also marks FFIREBALL MINISTRY’s first record with their new bassist Scott Reeder best known for his work with desert doom act KYUSS. Handling production is Paul Fig [ALICE IN CHAINS, GHOST] who also mixed the album. Fig’s vision was clearly to not reinvent the wheel but he did make FIREBALL MINISTRY sound more bombastic. Remember The Story is worth investing your time and money, it’s a solid record with tracks like “Back On Earth”, “Everything You Wanted”, “Stop Talking” and “All For Naught” you simply can’t go wrong.
