The "Unawares" live video showcases ROOTBRAIN's performance at Skenesali, an underground venue on the outskirts of Vantaa, providing an authentic setting for the band's first-ever show.
With its crushing riffs, dynamic drumming, and Jules Naveri's commanding vocal performance, the live video presents ROOTBRAIN at their best-channeling raw emotion and precision musicianship into an electrifying experience.
ROOTBRAIN is a Finnish-German alternative metal band blending elements of blackened grunge, groove, and doom-infused melodies. Featuring members of Triptykon, Profane Omen, and Kuolemanlaakso, the band has carved out a distinct sound that bridges the intensity of extreme metal with haunting melodic sensibilities. Their debut album Breakwater (2023) established them as a formidable presence, and Mothertomb marks the next chapter in their evolving sound.
ROOTBRAIN is currently working on their second full-length album, slated for recording in 2025.
