He stated, "After 13 years, I've decided to leave @aperfectcircle with no plans of returning. Apologies to those inquiring about the upcoming shows." So far, there has been no mention made of Freese's departure on the band's website, Facebook page, or Twitter account. The band has an upcoming show in December and several next year. Drummer JEFF FRIEDL filled in for Freese during APC's Summer 2011 "Emotive" tour, due to a schedule conflict (Freese was previously committed to touring with WEEZER during the same time frame.) No word yet on whether or not we can expect to see Friedl filling Freese's spot in a more permanent way going forward.
