"I was just angry and frustrated and kept thinking, 'Why now?" He added, "I've got a family and that's what's supposed to be the most important thing." Multiple Sclerosis is an autoimmune disease that affects the brain and spinal cord (central nervous system). The severity of the disease varies from person to person: it can be an extremely debilitating illness for some, can have little impact on others, and falls somewhere in the middle for most.
