AEROSMITH - Steven Tyler Hospitalized In Paraguay After Bout Of Food Poisoning By Tokemaster General, Contributor Wednesday, October 26, 2011 @ 9:02 AM
AEROSMITH's concert in Paraguay has been postponed one day after singer Steven Tyler fell in his hotel bathroom, hitting his face and losing two teeth. According to Billboard, Garzia Group spokesman Marcelo Antunez is calling the accident "minor" and says the concert will be held on Wednesday.
According to an update from TMZ.com, who claim to have spoken to sources connected to Tyler, he was "suffering from dehydration caused by a bout of food poisoning when he collapsed."
 Organizers expected more than 50,000 people will attend the concert for the band's first show in Paraguay. Aerosmith kicked off their South American tour on October 22nd in Lima, Peru.
