Bret Michaels Suffers Brain Hemorrhage, Rushed to ICU By Newsferatu, Writer Friday, April 23, 2010 @ 3:17 PM - advertisement - - advertisement - Poison lead singer Bret Michaels has been rushed to a hospital after complaints of an excruciating headache. According to People Magazine and several other sources, Doctors discovered he suffered a massive subarachnoid hemorrhage (bleeding at the base of his brain stem) late last (Thursday) night. The 47-year-old Michaels is currently in critical condition after undergoing several CAT scans, MRIs and an angiogram. Doctors will keep him in ICU to run additional tests to determine th cause of the hemorrhage. Stay tuned for details. Just days ago, Michaels underwent emergency appendectomy. Back to Top
