"The day has come for the announcement of the annual D-Low Memorial show — the Cavalera familiy's yearly Arizona-based festival held in memory of Max's slain stepson, Dana Wells (read the heartwrenching story here). On August 7, 2008, the 12th annual D-Low Memorial Festival will be held at the Marquee Theatre in Tempe, Arizona. So far, the bands scheduled to perform include Soulfly, Cavalera Conspiracy, Sacred Reich, Throwdown, Bury Your Dead, and Incite.
"D-Low will be Soulfly's first performance following the release of their new album Conquer, which will be in stores on July 29th.
The band's upcoming CD will feature guest appearances by Morbid Angel's David Vincent and Throwdown's Dave Peters.
