Amorphis Announce Headlining tour

Finland's Amorphis have been announced as the headlining act for the upcoming North American tour with Leaves' Eyes (Germany), Samael (Switzerland - also on Nuclear Blast!) and Virgin Black (Australia).
Tickets will go on sale to the public on Wednesday, April 23.

Amorphis' will be touring in support of their latest album, Silent Waters, which was released in North America on September 18, 2007.
Silent Waters is the second Amorphis album to feature singer Tomi Joutsen. It was recorded at Sonic Pump studios in Helsinki, Finland. Mixing duties were handled by Mikko Karmila (Nightwish, Stratovarius) at Finnvox studios.
Amorphis have been added to the Rockmaraton Festival, set to take place July 7-13 at Malomvolgyi Arboretum in Pécs, Hungary.
