From Joan Jett.com:
When Cherie Currie joined Joan Jett onstage to sing "Cherry Bomb" in Anaheim, CA on August 18, 2001, it marked the first time the musicians had performed the song that Jett wrote for Currie together in over two decades.
On May 15, to coincide with the induction of The Runaways into Hollywood's Rock Walk of Fame, Blackheart Records will release a limited edition EP of the Jett/Currie "Cherry Bomb," recorded live at the surprise reunion. The disc will also include Currie's "Don't Believe In Heaven," and a previously unreleased live studio version of Jett's "Long Time."
The limited edition picture disk is $7, including shipping for all USA orders. Pre-orders for special advance release copies are now being accepted at JoanJett.com.
"Cherry Bomb" produced by Joan Jett and Kenny Laguna, engineered by Billy Crater. "Long Time" produced by Joan Jett and Kenny Laguna, engineered by Joe Johnson at Studio 900.
"Don't Believe In Heaven" was written, produced and engineered by Cherie Currie.
