Rose was freed after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor of violent conduct and criminal damage and agreeing to pay a fine of 40,000 crowns ($5,460) and 10,000 crowns in compensation to a security guard, a police spokeswoman said.
As previously reported , Rose was arrested earlier in the day on suspicion of attacking a security guard and threatening a policeman. Police say he also caused minor damage to the interior of the hotel.
According to Police, Rose, who played a concert in Stockholm on Monday night, was "too drunk to talk" when he was detained and was held in a cell until sober enough for questioning.
"The matter is now concluded," police spokeswoman Towe Hagg said.
