Dimmu Borgir Updates Fans By Newsferatu, Writer Sunday, June 12, 2005 @ 10:40 AM
In a message posted on their official website, http://dimmu-borgir.com, Dimmu members are writing songs for their next full-length album they hope to release in the second half of 2006, or sooner. They say it'll most likely be a full story/concept album.
The band says they'll do five festivals this year: June 4th – Waldrock (Holland), June 26th – Fury Fest (France), July 16th – Tuska (Finland), July 23rd – Zillo (Germany), August 6th – Gates of Metal (Sweden).
In the personell department, Dimmu have decided not to invite a new drummer into the band on a permanent basis. Tony Laureano will join for all above mentioned festivals this summer, while Hellhammer has offered his services for the new full-length album.
