It's time to shake this up on the weekend specialty-programming front at KNAC.COM and let everyone be heard.
Starting this Saturday, January 26th, the weekends here at KNAC.COM will have a bit of a different sound. To start with, Wild Side with Diana DeVille now be happening on Saturdays from 3pm-7pm pst. This exposes our "hairball," and I say that lovingly, to a brand new audience, an audience that is bigger. You guys have spoken time and time again that you can't get enough of '80s lipstick, leather and lace so we're giving it to you.
Sunday's will be completely different starting at 10am with The Vault. Hosted by Drewcifer, The Vault will feature classic metal and current metal with a classic feel, so expect to hear vintage tracks from Exciter, Priest, Accept, Laaz Rockit and Trouble alongside newer acts such as Iced Earth, Sinergy, Gamma Ray and Sentenced as well as veteran bands that are still releasing great material like Motorhead, Saxon, Overkill, Savatage, DIO, Armored Saint, Iron Maiden, Grave Digger and Kreator. If you're really a metalhead, THE VAULT is your ticket to metal mayhem!
Manic Metal and Super Rock Sunday will now see the light of day! God forbid Moshin' John and Crazy Craig ever unleash their pummeling/stoner rawk badass selves on an unsuspecting public in their wide awake hours but the time has come. Manic Metal will be live every Sunday from 1-3pm PST and Super Rock Sunday will follow it up from 3-5pm PST. Uncharted with Craig Williams will continue to air in it's regular time from 5-8pm PST.
These changes may be opening the floodgates to hell but as long as we're going anyway we prefer to take the express.
