Bach & Friends On the Forever

Like a crazed warrior, Sebastian Bach, invaded Clifton Park's only rock club with his “Friends” (surprisingly, he has some left). Looking more glam than a Gary Glitter and Liza Minelli drag queen bastard child, Baz cranked out Skid Row after Skid Row hit. Luckily, Baz peppered his set with songs from his Bring'Em Bach Alive solo record (every good concert needs built in pee breaks).
On this the night, Baz's band included former Anthrax hired gun axeman,
Paul Crook, and Megadeth/Savatage guitarist, Al Pitrelli. Though Baz's vocals seemed
lost in the mix, the band sounded great as they hammered out the best of Skid Row. The just over 800 people in attendance were also treated to Broadway 'upstate NY' style with the addition of 'metalized' versions of The Rocky Horror Picture Show's “Time Warp” and Jekyll & Hyde's “Confrontation.” It was great seeing the Baz back on the rock stage, but it may be the last time in a while. Having burnt almost every bridge with rock mags, writers, critics and television stations around North America and beyond. Looks like Baz's career will now be Broadway, ‘cause the rock world seems to have had enough of his ego.
