We caught up on July 20th, 2022 with bassist BILLY SHEEHAN who spoke with us for KNAC.COM about the upcoming TALAS album 1985 due via Metal Blade Records on September 23rd, 2022. Sheehan has played with the likes of DAVID LEE ROTH, SONS OF APOLLO, THE WINERY DOGS, NIACIN and most recently SKILLS. TALAS on 1985 consists of lead vocalist [the late] PHIL NARO, bassist Sheehan, drummer MARK MILLER and guitarist KIRE NAJDOVSKI with an appearance by former guitarist MITCH PERRY [MSG, THE SWEET]. If you’re a fan of classic TALAS then you're going to really enjoy 1985. If you can imagine an album that’s right out of ‘85 with modern day production with killer tunes and stellar musicianship, you’re going to be thrilled.
