PROJECTED was formed in 2011 by SEVENDUST guitarist John Connolly as an outlet to jam with his friends. He brought his bandmate Vince Hornsby on board, and not long after they were joined by Erick Friedman (TREMONTI) and Scott Phillips (ALTER BRIDGE). 2012 saw the release of the band’s debut album 1Human. PROJECTED upped the ante for their sophomore release with the double album Ignite My Insanity. On June 24, 2022 PROJECTED returned with their third studio effort Hypoxia. I had the chance to speak with frontman John Connolly shortly after its release.
