Lights On is the third studio album for the Brooklyn-based act SANHEDRIN. With its release, SANHEDRIN joins a roster of the most legendary and talented Heavy Metal bands of all time at Metal Blade Records. This power trio mixes the best of the old school with the best of the new school. Personal and worldwide struggles define the song selection lyrically on Lights On. I had the opportunity to speak with drummer Nathan Honor shortly after the album’s release.
Highlights include:
-Discussion of their latest album Lights On
-Which members are responsible for the songwriting
-What producer Colin Marsden brings to the recording
-Why Seventh Bell Artwork is their go-to cover artist
-How they signed with Metal Blade Records
-How the band met
-…and much, much more!
