Although known for its Death Metal, Sweden gave birth to the dark force that is DARK FUNERAL. The band has succeeded in becoming it's own unique entity as part of the second coming of Black Metal all those years ago. For nearly thirty years DARK FUNERAL have brought their breed of Swedish Black Metal to the world, increasing their darkness with every album. We Are The Apocalypse is their newest effort set for release March 18 (2022) through Century Media. Guitarist Lord Ahriman has been at the forefront for the band since the beginning and has developed a loyal following that will undoubtedly find their new full-length to be some of their best material to date.

Ahead of the new album's release, Lord Ahriman took the time to chat with KNAC.COM and prepare us for the new darkness that shall be unleashed in March. He shared with us details on their writing process and the development, as well as the changes the band has experienced in the nearly 3 decades of existence.
