Despite a hiatus, for 30 years their name has been synonymous with Swedish Death Metal and when the fans demanded more, what started as a few live shows turned into 3 new albums. AT THE GATES frontman Tomas Lindberg took time to chat with KNAC.COM to talk about their new album The Nightmare Of Being.
After a large break from the monumental 'Slaughter Of The Soul, AT THE GATES created the comeback album At War With Reality and demonstrated that the long hiatus did not slow down their momentum. These pioneers of OSDM from Sweden continue a tradition in their sound that has matured to a more melodic sound that has been embraced by long time fans and new fans who have only scratched the surface on what AT THE GATES has accomplished.
