Witness the dark, live, aural assault on CD of Glenn Danzig's legendary punk/goth band - between punk gods The Misfits and platinum status lords of loud, Danzig. Samhain Live features the fiery abrasive attitude and unyielding energy that is the essence of Samhain and will be in stores February 12th, 2002! This CD will also mark the first release by E-Magine Entertainment as a self-distributed company.
2001 saw the sale of more than 30,000 Samhain boxset as well as over 40,000 sold of the four individual Samhain titles to the legions of fanatical punkers and pock fans alike. And now by popular demand E-Magine finally offers Samhain Live, the 12th and last in the series of individual CDs from the Samhain boxset.
The Samhain Live CD is a must have for any old school rock or punk fan and is repackaged with new and revised artwork, additional pictures, has 17 songs and is over one hour long!
Fans will want to play loud these sonically vibrant, extreme and dark killer tracks that were recorded from live performances at NYC’s Legendary Night Club, Danceteria. The eerie tracks are as follows: “All Hell,” “Samhain,” “The Shift,” “The Howl,” “Unholy Passion,” “All Murder,All Guts,” “All Fun,” “I Am Misery,” “The Hungry End”, “Horror Biz,” “ He-Who-Can-Not-Be-Named”. Also included are live tracks recorded in 1986 at The Metro in Chicago. Additional classic titles are “Black Dream,” “Death Comes Ripping,” “Mother of Mercy,” “To Walk the Night,” “Halloween II,” “In My Grip,” “London Dungeon” and… “Archangel.”
